The mission of Jiffy Lube® was to provide customers with fast, professional service for their vehicles. For more than thirty years, the brand has helped redefine the vehicle preventive maintenance experience for drivers by upholding the values the company was founded upon: convenience, speed and quality service. At Jiffy Lube you never need an appointment. It's first come, first serve. A Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Change only takes about 10 minutes to complete.
Training and Operations
All Jiffy Lube® technicians are trained through an ASE Certified Training Program. That means you not only get a professional Oil Change, they can take care of all your PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS as well. Jiffy Lube Certified Technicians can replace Air Filtration Systems, Wiper Blades, Exterior Lighting, Antifreeze/Coolant, Transmission Fluid, Fuel Filters, Serpentine Belts and Gearbox Fluids. They even rotate and balance tires. All Jiffy Lube services meet and/or exceed manufacturer warranty requirement. The Magnusson Moss Warranty Act, enacted in 1975, can better explain why you have no reason to ever go back to the dealer for service again.
Magnusson Moss Warranty Act
The Magnusson Moss Warranty Act protects Automobile Dealers from strong-arming its customers into returning to them for service. All Jiffy Lube® Products & Services are required to meet and/or exceed all manufacturers warranty requirements. Jiffy Lube® has been providing services to new vehicles since 1979. Our Products & Services have yet to fail a new car owner’s warranty requirements. Automobile Dealers cannot refuse warranty service with proof of any Jiffy Lube Service. So now that you know the facts, we’ll see you for your next oil change. Jiffy Lube® will provide you with a list of services that your dealer requires and when they are required to be performed. At that point Jiffy Lube can perform them saving you time and money, whether it’s today, next service or 30,000 miles from now.
